Annual tune-up packages for large buildings in Phoenix.
The heating and cooling division at Canyon State focuses on helping you institute a plan to ensure your HVAC system gets all the necessary checks and tweaks to perform at a high level all year long. While it can be difficult to spend money on something that isn’t broken, working with a professional company allows you to know your best interests are always at the forefront. A small investment will help you avoid problems for years to come.
Customers who sign up for regular HVAC maintenance plans receive a few additional perks as well. As a valued customer, you get to enjoy priority pricing for our 24/7 emergency services. You can also easily schedule tune-ups and other maintenance calls at your earliest convenience. Unlike most of our competitors, we actually offer a complete satisfaction guarantee. So if you’re unhappy with our service, we will make it right.
At the end of the day, our goal is to save you money. In order to do so, we have to prevent repairs, extend the life of your system and decrease energy output. Since we serve the entire Phoenix metro area, establishing credibility is important. In other words, we want to do a good job. We value the relationships we’ve built in Sun City West, and enjoy meeting new people every day. We’d love to add you to the Canyon State family!
Over the years, we’ve come across plenty of costly repairs that could have been avoided with proper care. Failure to regularly maintain HVAC equipment will end up costing you a lot of money in the long run because your system won’t be performing as efficiently as it could be.
Additionally, hiring a cheap service company can also be disadvantageous for home and business owners. When you don’t invest in quality heating and cooling maintenance plans, there’s a high probability that you’ll experience one of the following negative consequences:
Reduced Durability: Due to inefficiencies that could have been fixed during regular maintenance, neglected HVAC equipment works harder than necessary, shortening the life of the equipment and creating a strain on the entire system.
Poor IAQ: Indoor air quality takes a hit when dust, dirt, bacteria, and other pollutants are allowed to build up inside. Some people eventually suffer from allergies, asthma, or even infections because of low-quality airflow. Some health conditions can be serious and long term. Fortunately, IAQ problems can be eliminated with regular filter cleanings and other duct and ventilation inspections.
General Discomfort: Neglected HVAC equipment rarely provides comfort. Houses or commercial buildings tend to become too warm, too humid, too cold, or too dusty over time. The heat and air technicians that service our Phoenix HVAC maintenance plans know how to make minor adjustments and help customers avoid potential discomfort.
