fully trained technicians available during the off and
on season to attend to all of your units maintenance
needs. We offer two individualized maintenance
agreements to ensure your units maintenance needs are
being met, our precision tune up agreement and our
energy savings agreement.
Our precision tune up agreement is the perfect plan for
all of our priority customers. It’s benefits include
lower utility bills for you, fewer needed repairs to
your unit at inconvenient times, extended equipment life
and a 10% discount on any repairs your unit may need.
The procedures included in our precision tune up
agreement are:
Monitor Refrigerant Pressure
Clean Condensate Drains
Test for proper air flow
Tighten electrical connections
Lubricate moving parts where applicable
Measure temperature differential
Calibrate Thermostat
Test & adjust safety controls
Perform safety test on heat exchanger
Monitor flue draft
Monitor gas pressure & adjust gas valves as necessary
Monitor fan & safety limit controls
Explain & document any necessary repairs
Clean or replace air filter (customer supplied)
Clean outdoor coil w/water
Our energy savings agreement is a fantastic plan
available for all of our customers looking for a way to
ensure they are making the most out of their energy
usage. This plan offers several money saving benefits
such as extended life to your equipment, helping you
lower your utility bills, as well as a 10% discount on
any needed repairs. The procedure for our energy savings
agreement includes:
